Senior Scrum Master – FOD Justice (Anderlecht)
Description
FOD Justice is seeking an experienced Technical Scrum Master to support the continued evolution of the Fines Platform, a major digital transformation programme that optimises the processing and execution of financial penalties in Belgium. You will guide two multidisciplinary development teams composed of developers and functional analysts. The environment combines Agile methodologies with DevOps practices and focuses strongly on delivery reliability, automation and continuous improvement.
The role goes beyond traditional Scrum facilitation. You will actively monitor delivery quality through measurable indicators such as velocity, quality gates, technical debt and deployment metrics. Working closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure transparency, remove impediments and facilitate collaboration across organisational boundaries.
You will contribute to strategic projects including JustFines, Project 67ter and international certificate processing initiatives. These projects play an important role in improving Belgian road safety, enhancing European cooperation and reducing administrative workload through automation and intelligent data exchange. This assignment offers a challenging environment within a complex public-sector ecosystem.
