Description
BNP Paribas Fortis is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support the IT Continuity and Cyber Resiliency squads. These squads are at the forefront of preparing the organization against both cyber and physical incidents by rebuilding systems, running failover and cyber tests, and deploying innovative tools to enhance overall security posture. Your mission includes coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of critical security-related backlog items.
As Scrum Master, you will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, support the Product Owner in managing the backlog, and remove obstacles that hinder progress. You will coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, other squads, and tribes to manage interdependencies and promote collaboration. You’ll contribute to metrics tracking, planning capacity and sprint velocity, and promote a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement.
Part of your role includes active participation in the Scrum Master Community of Practice, fostering exchange of insights and methodologies.
