Description

Within the Channels & Customer Experiences for Individuals (CCE-I) Tribe, the Tribe Scrum Master plays a pivotal role in orchestrating complex, cross-squad initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives.

Acting as the delivery cornerstone for flagship initiatives, you ensure seamless collaboration between multiple squads, contributing tribes, and external stakeholders. You structure and prioritize complex delivery topics, manage dependencies, track progress, and proactively mitigate risks to guarantee on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.

This role requires a strong Agile mindset, advanced stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced banking context. You ensure compliance with Agile frameworks and regulatory standards while coaching Scrum Masters and squads to foster transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
