Our ChatGPT training is designed as a cohort-based, hands-on learning experience where participants don’t just absorb information—they work together to apply AI in real-world scenarios. From day one, you'll engage in collaborative exercises, peer-driven discussions, and group projects, ensuring that learning is active, social, and directly relevant to your goals.

Instead of isolated practice, you’ll help each other refine AI-powered projects, leveraging collective insights to experiment, iterate, and build something meaningful. Whether you want to boost productivity, automate tasks, or explore AI-driven creativity, this course provides the tools, techniques, and community support to make it happen. Training Content


 The training consists of 8 sessions of 90 minutes.

Between the sessions, participants help each other realizing your private AI-projects.

During the last session, all participants demo their project.

An eLearning environment and a Forum support the learning process.

Lesson 1


Strengths of Generative AI & Introduction to CRAFT Prompting

  • Icebreaker: Discuss how AI can assist in daily life and work tasks.
  • Live demonstrations on AI’s creativity, efficiency, and accessibility.
  • Introduction to CRAFT prompting for structured AI interactions.
  • Interactive exercise: Participants explore AI-generated outputs for their projects.
  • Wrap-up and reflection: Key takeaways and project brainstorming for take-home assignments.

Lesson 2


  More AI Techniques & Project Group Formation

  • Recap: Participants share insights from their AI experiments.
  • Introduction to how Large Language Models (LLMs) work, including tokenization and constraints.
  • Advanced prompting techniques: One-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought, and reverse prompting.
  • Project pitches: Participants present ideas and form collaborative or individual project groups.
  • Wrap-up: Next steps for refining AI-powered projects.

Data Interpretation & Advanced Prompting Techniques  

  • Live demo: AI-assisted weather data analysis for trend identification.
  • New prompting techniques: Multi-step, role-based, and structured output formatting.
  • Group activity: Participants analyze real datasets (climate, economic, or health data).
  • Presentations: Groups share findings and discuss AI-assisted insights.
  • Wrap-up: Reflection on AI’s role in data-driven decision-making.

 AI in Strategic Thinking & Persuasion

  • Introduction: AI’s role in business strategy, marketing, and policy-making.
  • Live demo: AI-assisted crisis communication and decision-making scenarios.
  • Hands-on practice: Participants generate strategic plans with AI support.
  • Persuasion techniques: Framing, tone adaptation, and role-based messaging.
  • Group discussion: Ethical concerns in AI-driven persuasion and decision-making.

  Coaching Teams with AI & Ethical Concerns

  • Identifying team dysfunction symptoms where AI can assist.
  • Live demo: AI-generated action plans for team coaching and leadership support.
  • Group activity: Teams analyze real or fictional coaching scenarios using AI.
  • Presentations: Discussion on how AI can enhance but not replace human coaching.
  • Ethical debate: Risks of AI misinterpretation and biases in team coaching.

  AI-Enhanced Brainstorming & Creative Problem-Solving

  • Introduction: How AI supports brainstorming and idea generation.
  • Techniques: Divergent & convergent thinking, perspective-based, constraint-driven brainstorming.
  • Group activity: Participants apply AI-powered brainstorming to real-world challenges.
  • Presentations: Sharing top creative ideas and AI’s role in shaping them.
  • Reflection: Integrating AI-assisted creativity into personal or professional work.

Lesson 7


Exploring Multimodal AI 

  • Introduction: Overview of text, image, audio, and video generation AI.
  • Live demo: Hands-on experience with DALL·E, Whisper, and Pictory.
  • Group activity: Teams experiment with image, audio, or video creation using AI tools.
  • Discussion: Applications and ethical concerns of AI-generated media.
  • Wrap-up: Encouraging participants to explore multimodal AI further.
