Description
The Agile Coach will assist teams, guilds, and individuals in adopting and strengthening the agile way of working at BNP Paribas Fortis. By evaluating the maturity and methodology knowledge within each team, you will tailor coaching approaches to drive sustainable agile practices. The mission involves hands-on support and alignment with the BNP Paribas Fortis agile operating model.
You will actively lead or support agile ceremonies and provide mentoring to teams and individuals. Through training, customized documentation, and direct facilitation, you’ll empower squads and guilds to improve their collaboration and effectiveness. As part of the Agile Coaching team, you’ll contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvements across the organization.
This position requires strong coaching experience in complex organizations, as well as certifications in relevant agile methodologies. The objective is for the teams to become fully autonomous and self-coaching by the end of your assignment. The work arrangement is hybrid: 50% onsite in Brussels and 50% remote.
