BNP Paribas Fortis is looking for an Expert Business Analyst specialised in Cards for its Transformation Office in Brussels. The mission focuses on analysing issues and change requests affecting card products and related services. The consultant will help identify and evaluate solutions with squad colleagues. The role requires substantial cards-domain expertise and at least six years of relevant experience.
The Business Analyst will translate business needs into clear business requirements and acceptance criteria while defining business scope, target operating models and business/IT interfaces. A central part of the assignment is acting as an interface with stakeholders and bridging business needs with IT. The consultant will also follow the implementation of changes, including Business Acceptance Testing. Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and structured-working skills are therefore important.
The assignment runs from 1 September 2026 through 31 August 2027 at BNP Paribas Fortis in central Brussels. The expected working arrangement is hybrid, with 50% on site and 50% homeworking. Strong written and spoken English is mandatory, while good spoken Dutch is useful and good spoken French is recommended. Experience with cards technology, project management or Product Ownership, Agile ways of working and other payment methods such as Wero or Apple Pay is advantageous.

- At least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Master Degree in Business Management or equivalent through experience.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English are mandatory.

- Knowledge of the cards industry, especially in Belgium, including players and trends, is mandatory.

- Experience as a Business Analyst in a cards environment is mandatory.
