Description
BNP Paribas Fortis is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to reinforce the Business Analysis team of the Portals cluster within the Tribe Transversal Capabilities and Functions. The cluster provides transversal capabilities for creating portals, websites and web content across the bank. Its objective is to deliver a coherent user experience in a cost-efficient way for all entities. The assignment focuses on the development of new portals for employees and clients.
Working together with the CPO, the Business Analyst will identify business needs and define the requirements needed to develop the portal solutions. The consultant will act as an interface between the Product Owner and initiative owner and bridge business needs with Information Systems. The role includes modelling the business, managing risks, quality and issues, and organizing workshops with stakeholder representatives. Requirements must be documented clearly while strong stakeholder relationships are maintained.
The assignment requires at least six years of relevant experience, including three years as a Business Analyst on complex projects. Strong knowledge of web technologies, IS concepts, conceptual modelling, MS Office and Agile/Scrum working is mandatory, alongside strong analytical and communication capabilities. Experience in a financial institution, Agile certification and prior Business Analyst experience in web platform development are preferred. The successful consultant will be structured, collaborative, independent, quality-minded, goal-oriented and open to change.
