The Data Reporting & Visualisation Specialist transforms raw data into actionable insights for BNP Paribas Fortis business stakeholders. The role bridges technical data teams such as IT and Data Science with business units including Finance, Risk and Customer Experience. The specialist makes data-driven decisions clear, accessible and impactful. The work supports both strategic and operational decision-making.
The assignment covers the full lifecycle of interactive reports, dashboards and visualisations. The specialist identifies stakeholder needs, captures requirements, prototypes solutions, assembles supporting data and develops, updates, optimizes, publishes and decommissions reporting assets. The role also seeks optimal solutions for report and dashboard development and automation. All work must respect banking compliance, data governance, security and reporting guidelines.
The specialist collaborates closely with Data Engineers to create or evolve sustainable data solutions for recurrent and critical reporting. The role promotes reuse and consistency, implements reporting and visualisation best practices, coaches junior specialists and acts as a guardian and ambassador of governance. It also includes documenting tools and training users to maximize them effectively. Light data preparation may be performed during prototyping, while final industrialized data structures are delivered collaboratively with Data Engineering.

- At least a Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics or economics; other academic backgrounds are acceptable when accompanied by substantial analytics knowledge.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics & Visualization.
