Description

As a DevOps Coach at BNP Paribas Fortis, you will strengthen the DevOps maturity of multiple IT squads within a complex banking environment. You assess existing practices, define tailored DevOps roadmaps, and coach teams toward higher levels of automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong coaching capabilities.

You support product development teams in adopting best practices for building, testing, deploying, and releasing applications. Working closely with squads and tooling teams, you help identify and resolve process pain points and ensure tools are used effectively. You continuously monitor industry evolutions and translate them into concrete improvements.

In addition, you take on a part-time role as Tribe Release Engineer, supporting release strategy, preparation, coordination, and reporting at tribe level. The mission is hybrid, with 50% on-site and 50% remote work, and requires strong autonomy, communication, and technical leadership.
