Description

The National Lottery is currently undergoing a large-scale digital transformation through its Apollo programme. Within this context, the organisation is looking for an experienced Digital & Data Transformation Lead to support the further development of its Marketing Engagement Platform (MEP). The consultant will operate at the intersection of business, marketing, data and IT in a highly regulated environment. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on delivery.

The main focus of the assignment is the development of the first-party data strategy, the creation of a 360° customer view and the support of omnichannel campaign orchestration initiatives. You will also contribute to the integration of AdTech and Data Clean Room capabilities. The role involves translating business needs into functional and technical requirements while ensuring close collaboration across multiple teams.

As a bridge between IT and business, you will play a key role in stakeholder alignment and service design activities. You will facilitate workshops, optimise customer journeys and ensure GDPR and consent management principles are properly implemented. This assignment offers the opportunity to contribute to one of Belgium's largest digital ecosystems.
