Parking.brussels is looking for an experienced IT Manager to strengthen its IT organization as part of a major digital transformation program. The environment is complex, with increasing system dependencies, multiple external technology partners, and high expectations regarding service quality, security, and availability. The role focuses on stabilizing IT operations while structuring a more mature and efficient operating model. It offers strong visibility within a public-sector organization and direct impact on service performance.
As IT Manager, you will oversee daily IT operations, ensure continuity of critical RUN activities, and coordinate responses to major incidents. You will lead internal teams across infrastructure, applications, and support, while managing external providers in a multi-vendor ecosystem. The role requires strong leadership, prioritization, and the ability to align operational execution with strategic objectives. You will work closely with the Digital Transformation Program Director to translate strategy into actionable projects and improvements.
In addition, you will contribute to governance and transformation by helping define the Target Operating Model, IT architecture, CMDB, and service catalog. You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and business teams while supporting public procurement processes.
