AG Insurance is looking for a versatile Project Leader with strong technical analysis capabilities to join their Customer and Digital Foundation team. This department is central to driving customer-centric transformation through innovative digital technologies. The role covers project coordination, IT change management, and post-deployment operational setup, ensuring effective end-to-end delivery.
The selected candidate will lead project governance, define roadmaps and budgets, and liaise with business and IT stakeholders. You will work closely with architects and developers to ensure solutions are aligned with the company’s digital strategy and infrastructure, particularly within the Azure environment. Your responsibilities include technical documentation, quality assurance, and facilitating Agile practices across teams.
This position requires strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, along with the ability to operate autonomously and proactively. Proficiency in either French or Dutch is required, with good knowledge of English. The hybrid work arrangement includes two days on-site in Brussels and remote work from Belgium the rest of the time.
