Project Management Officer – BNP Paribas Fortis (Brussels)
Description
The IT Strategy Office (IT SO) team at BNP Paribas Fortis is growing and is looking for reinforcement in support, coordination, and communication. This mission contributes directly to increasing the impact, scope, and credibility of IT strategy execution. You will work closely with senior IT stakeholders in a complex decision-making environment.
As a Senior PMO, you will consolidate deliverables, updates, and insights into reports and dashboards that enable effective decision-making by IT management. You will support governance bodies end-to-end, including inputs, agendas, invitations, minutes, and follow-up of actions. You will also develop presentation materials for senior management by gathering and structuring inputs from a wide set of stakeholders.
You will track progress across multiple workstreams and initiatives to ensure timely completion and consistent quality. The role includes improving governance structures (e.g., IT strategy execution and backlog management) and contributing to transversal initiative boards and the yearly budget cycle. You will challenge assumptions and strengthen storytelling and conclusions so that outputs meet the highest standards.
