Description

ENGIE is seeking an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) Expert to support Project NOVA, a large-scale transformation programme impacting all business domains and technology platforms within the ENGIE OneBtoC organization. The programme combines global strategic direction with local execution in Belgium, making it one of the company's most visible transformation initiatives. The PMO will work closely with the Belgian Delivery Lead to ensure strategic alignment, value realization, and successful delivery across multiple project streams. This role offers significant exposure to executive stakeholders and decision-making processes. It is an opportunity to contribute directly to a long-term business and technology transformation.

The PMO Expert will oversee project governance, reporting, risk management, and steering activities across all Belgian streams. You will proactively identify strategic, operational, and delivery risks while facilitating issue resolution between teams and stakeholders. The role requires producing executive-level reporting, preparing governance materials, and supporting leadership with fact-based recommendations. You will continuously improve ways of working and governance practices while maintaining strong alignment with global PMO teams. Success in this position requires balancing operational control with strategic thinking.

The assignment is ideally suited for senior professionals with extensive experience in transformation programmes, IT re-platforming initiatives, and operational model evolutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders are essential. The PMO will act as a trusted partner to executive leadership and may represent Belgian project governance within global programme ceremonies when required. The environment is dynamic, international, and highly collaborative. Candidates fluent in Dutch, French, and English will be particularly well positioned to succeed.
