Project Manager Infrastructure SR (Senior) - VIVAQUA

Description

Vivaqua is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to manage several strategic business-IT projects. The main focus is document management, including electronic signature, together with the establishment of test management in line with Vivaqua standards. The assignment spans a varied technology landscape including SAP ECC, SAP ISU, Geode, Windev and Microsoft 365 tools. The role combines delivery management with structured governance across multiple initiatives.

The consultant will control project scope, PBS/WBS, planning, budget, resources, dependencies, assumptions, risks and issues. Responsibilities also include SteerCo organization, decision preparation, reliable PSR reporting, supplier management and procurement support. The role covers pilots, testing, UAT, acceptance criteria, reconciliation, cutover or rollback and production validation. Change management, communication, user coordination, documentation, knowledge transfer and Move2Run are also part of the assignment.

The assignment is full-time for 24 months, from 3 November 2026 to 2 November 2028, with potentially 440 person-days at 40 hours per week. At least three days per week must be worked on-site at Vivaqua's Brussels headquarters, with hybrid work available. The consultant must respect GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, applicable security policies and Vivaqua's external-provider code of conduct. The role also requires coordination of leave with service-continuity and project constraints and restricts out-of-hours work unless Vivaqua expressly authorizes it.
