Description
BNP Paribas Fortis is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to launch and guide a new Professional Loans squad within the Channels and Customer Experience Enterprises tribe. The initial challenge involves setting up the team from scratch, making previous experience in squad formation a distinct advantage. Once operational, the Scrum Master will support the team in delivering features efficiently while maintaining high alignment with broader strategic goals.
Responsibilities include coaching the team in Agile practices, facilitating ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement. You will be expected to remove delivery blockers, maintain open communication with stakeholders, and shield the team from scope disruptions. Your leadership will be key to fostering a safe, autonomous, and collaborative environment focused on high performance.
In addition to standard Scrum Master duties, this role comes with delivery responsibilities such as planning features, managing risks and dependencies, and reporting delivery progress. You will play an essential role in coordinating with other tribes and roles, such as quality and release managers, to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery. A hybrid working mode is expected with flexibility for both onsite and remote collaboration.
