Description
Join the RTC squad of the DataHub Tribe at BNP Paribas Fortis as an experienced Scrum Master. You will guide a multidisciplinary team working with Business Intelligence and Big Data technologies to deliver insights on Retail Customer and Channel data. In this hybrid and collaborative setup, you'll be a servant leader enabling agile maturity and business alignment.
You will lead all Scrum ceremonies, manage the agile process, and act as a coach and facilitator for the team and stakeholders. By shielding the team from distractions, encouraging self-organization, and tracking velocity and capacity, you will foster a productive agile environment. As Feature Delivery Owner, you will ensure that feature delivery aligns with business goals from conception to deployment.
This position requires solid experience in agile methods, strong communication skills, and familiarity with tools like Jira or Rally. Your interpersonal abilities will help maintain alignment with the broader Tribe strategy. A proactive mindset, fluency in English, and knowledge of at least one local language are important for success in this role.
