Description
As a Senior Business Analyst at NxtPort, you will play a key role in the digital transformation of the Port of Antwerp-Bruges. You will analyse business needs, refine business objectives and translate them into clear, feasible and valuable solutions. You will work in a complex multi-stakeholder environment with business stakeholders, product owners, architects and development teams.
You will contribute across the full analysis chain, from capturing and structuring business requirements to detailed analysis for functional and technical implementation. You will help define processes, requirements, solution directions and digital changes that support faster, safer and more efficient logistics processes. The context combines digital platforms, data flows, integrations and maritime logistics chain processes.
This assignment is ideal for an analytically strong and business-oriented professional with solid experience in business analysis, process optimisation and stakeholder management. Experience in regulated environments, port communities or digital platforms is a strong asset. Security screening is required, and interviews will take place on 16 and 17 July 2026.
