Description

The consultant analyses the current ICT landscape across Fedasil and the Federal Public Service Home Affairs and develops strategic governance scenarios for the future Federal Migration Department. The work includes organisational, technical and governance assessments.

Several operating scenarios must be compared, including shared services, organisational integration and maintaining the current model. Each scenario must include impact analysis, governance, competencies, budget, continuity and transition considerations.

The assignment concludes with enterprise architecture, governance recommendations, roadmap, project prioritisation, shared services definition and strategic recommendations. Implementation is explicitly outside the scope.
