Description

The Office of the Commissioner General for Refugees and Stateless Persons (CGVS) has launched an ambitious digital transformation initiative through its eDossier programme. To strengthen this programme, CGVS is looking for an experienced Solution Engineer with a strong Java cloud engineering background and recent experience as a Scrum/Agile Delivery Master. You will join a multidisciplinary team composed entirely of expert profiles.

This position is not a pure coaching role. The emphasis lies on hands-on coordination, design, implementation and continuous improvement of cloud-native solutions. You will actively participate in software design, sprint execution, release planning and delivery activities while collaborating closely with engineers, analysts and business stakeholders.

You will contribute to a high-impact public-sector programme with tight deadlines and significant strategic importance. The role requires deep expertise in APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture and Agile delivery. Team spirit is highly valued, therefore a minimum presence of three days per week at the Brussels office is expected.
